回采巷道变形破坏机理分析及支护技术探讨 被引量:3

摘要 针对常村煤矿11221工作面进风顺槽巷道围岩出现大范围变形破坏,制约其安全高效生产问题,根据围岩变形破坏特征及现场观测分析结果,结合巷道恒阻让压耦合支护机理,设计“锚索+恒阻大变形锚杆+钢带梁+底部注浆锚杆”的巷道返修支护方案。通过实践效果分析表明,巷道返修后顶板下沉量为110 mm,底臌量280 mm,两帮变形量为200 mm,变形量在允许范围之内,该方案能够对软岩巷道围岩变形进行有效控制。 In view of the large-scale surrounding rock deformation and failure in air-intake gateway at 11221 working face of Changcun Colliery,the paper presents the roadway repair support scheme with"anchor cable,constant-resistance-deformation bolt,steel-belt beam and bottom grouting bolt"according to the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock and the field observation results together with the mechanism of constant resistance and yielding pressure coupling support,whose practical effect analysis shows that the scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of soft-rock roadway with 110 mm roof subsidence,280 mm floor heave,and 20 mm deformation of the two sides within the allowable range after roadway repair.
