摘要 针对潞宁煤业公司22116工作面瓦斯浓度高的问题,本文根据潞宁煤业公司22116工作面开采技术条件及瓦斯赋存特征,提出通过建立可靠的通风系统,并采用顺层长钻孔预抽本煤层瓦斯及横川密闭埋管+顶板走向钻孔+上隅角插管抽采采空区瓦斯的综合治理措施来降低22116工作面瓦斯浓度。现场应用结果表明:工作面及采空区瓦斯抽采系统抽采量占总瓦斯涌出量的60%以上,上隅角瓦斯稳定在0.1%~0.4%之间,抽采效果良好,能有效将工作面瓦斯浓度控制在合理范围内。 Aiming at the problem of high gas concentration in 22116 working face of Luning Coal Industry Company,a reliable ventilation system has been established based on the mining technical conditions and gas occurrence characteristics of the face,long boreholes along the bedding has been used to pre-drain gas in the coal seam and comprehensive treatment measures such as Hengchuan closed buried pipe+roof strike borehole+upper corner intubation for gas extraction in the goaf have taken to reduce the gas concentration.Field application results show that:the gas emission of the gas drainage system in the working face and goaf accounts for more than 60%of the total gas emission,and the upper corner gas is stable between 0.1%and 0.4%,which proves the drainage effect is good,the gas concentration in the working face can be effectively reduced and controlled within a reasonable range.
