摘要
针对当前煤矿工作面存在生产效率低、智能化程度不高、安全隐患较大等问题,有必要对工作面进行智能化控制系统的升级改造。为此,结合同忻煤矿8202工作面的工况特点,对该工作面综放开采控制系统进行了总体方案设计和技术改造,运行结果显示,改造后的工作面煤矿开采效率显著提升,设备故障概率及人员的劳动强度明显降低,工作面的作业安全得到了重要保障,给企业带来了较大的经济效益。
In view of the problems of low production efficiency,weak intelligent degree and great hidden danger in coal mine working face,it is necessary to upgrade and transform the intelligent control system of coal mine working face.Combined with the working condition characteristics of 8202 working face in Tongxin Colliery,the overall scheme design and technical transformation of the fully mechanized caving mining control system of the working face have been carried out.The operation results show that the coal mining efficiency of the reformed face has been significantly improved,the probability of equipment failure and the labor intensity of personnel have been significantly reduced,which obtains the working safety of the face and brings greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
