摘要 以ZY12000/20/40型液压支架掩护梁为研究对象;首先,采用Creo软件建立其三维模型,导入ABAQUS软件并依据两种恶劣工况对掩护梁结构强度进行分析,然后,根据计算结果提出了掩护梁的优化方案,优化后掩护梁计算分析表明优化后掩护梁最大应力降低84 MPa,有效提高了掩护梁的可靠性以及使用寿命。 Taking the shield beam of zy12000/20/40 hydraulic support as the research object,the author uses Creo software to establish its three-dimensional model,analyzes the structural strength of the shield beam according to two severe working conditions by importing ABAQUS software and then proposes an optimization plan for the shield beam based on the calculation results.The calculation analysis shows that the largest stress of the optimized shield beam is reduced by 84 MPa,which effectively improves the reliability and service life of the shield beam.
