医院图书馆针对突发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的应对策略

The response strategy of hospital libraries in response to the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的探讨突发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间拟定医院图书馆应急预案及其完善信息资源服务的方式,为后期公共卫生安全突发事件提供参考。方法通过前期研究基础及网络平台搜索,建立了一套医院图书馆管理应急预案,同时借助相关免费及付费资源提供切实可靠的网络文献资源。结果通过汇总收集疫情相关不同层面的信息资源,最终实现针对医院不同服务群体,通过网络及平台继续为读者提供服务,引导读者从医院图书馆渠道获取权威、可信、准确的信息资源。结论医院图书馆针对重大公共卫生突发事的发生启动图书馆应急预案,并在实施过程中不断完善并健全,针对疫情在紧急状态下,实施应急预案,利用自身的资源优势,为医院读者提供的应急信息资源服务的实践与探索。

Objective Discuss the drafting of emergency plans for hospital libraries during the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia and the ways to improve information resource services,so as to provide references for public health safety emergencies in the later period. Methods A set of emergency plan for hospital library management was established based on the preliminary research and the search on the network platform. Results By collecting information resources of different levels related to the epidemic,the author finally realized to provide services for different service groups of the hospital through the network and the platform,and guided readers to obtain authoritative,credible and accurate information resources from the hospital library. Conclusion The hospital library initiates the library emergency plan for the occurrence of major public health emergencies,and continuously improves and perfects the emergency plan in the implementation process. In view of the epidemic situation in the state of emergency,the emergency plan is implemented,and the practice and exploration of emergency information resource services provided to the hospital readers by using its own resource advantages.
