新型冠状病毒肺炎合并糖尿病患者精细化管理效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨新冠肺炎合并糖尿病患者营养管理、血糖管理的实施方法,评价精细化管理模式对患者营养状况、血糖指标的管理效果。方法对宁夏2020年1月—3月确诊的9例新冠肺炎合并糖尿病患者开展精细化营养管理与血糖管理,比较管理前后患者营养相关指标及空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果新冠肺炎合并糖尿病患者管理前后总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐值差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);血红蛋白出院前数值低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);淋巴细胞出院前数值明显高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。患者出院前空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标较入院时显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论经精细化管理的新冠肺炎合并糖尿病患者营养状况无明显受损,免疫功能改善,血糖控制良好,9例患者均治愈出院,营养管理、血糖管理对患者的康复有重要意义。 Objective To explore the implementation Methods of nutrition management and blood glucose management in patients with COVID-19 complicated with diabetes,and to evaluate the effect of refined management mode on the management of patients’ nutritional status and blood glucose indexes. Methods Nine patients diagnosed with COVID-19 complicated with diabetes in Ningxia from January 2020 to March 2020 were conducted with refined nutrition management and blood glucose management. Nutrition-related indicators,including fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and so on,were compared before and after the management,and statistical analysis was conducted. Results The total protein,albumin,and creatinine values of patients with new coronary pneumonia combined with diabetes before and after management were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05);the hemoglobin value before discharge was lower than that at admission,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);Before discharge,the value was significantly higher than when admitted,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The indexes of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before discharge from the hospital were significantly lower than those at admission,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nutritional status of COVID-19 patients with diabetes after refined management was not significantly impaired,the immune function was improved,and the blood glucose control was good,and all the 9 patients were cured and discharged from hospital. Nutrition management and blood glucose management are of great significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
