优质护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎治疗的影响

Influence of High-quality Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Elderly Chronic Bronchitis

目的观察优质护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎治疗的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年5月辽宁省人民医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者92例,采用数字表法随机将患者分成两组,每组46例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取优质护理干预。结果经护理后,观察组治疗有效率为93.47%,住院时间为(21.46±7.92)d;对照组治疗有效率为82.61%,住院时间为(35.30±7.25)d。护理干预后,对照组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.65%,对照组护理总满意度84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理干预后,患者治疗有效率提高,住院时间缩短,护理满意度提高,节省了医疗资源和患者的经济支出。

Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing intervention on the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted to Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by number method,each with 46 cases.The observation group adopted high-quality nursing intervention,and control group adopted routine nursing.Results After nursing,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.47%,and the length of stay was(21.46±7.92)days;the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 82.61%,and the length of stay was(35.30±7.25)days.After nursing intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%,and significantly higher than 84.78%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention,patient treatment efficiency has been improved,hospitalization time has been shortened,and nursing satisfaction has also been significantly improved,which could save medical resources and patients'economic expenditure.
