摘要
目的探讨悬吊运动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复结局的影响。方法选择2019年1月1日—12月31日沈阳市第二中医医院收治的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者接受常规康复训练方案,观察组在其基础上采用悬吊运动训练,比较两组的平衡功能、步行能力、日常生活能力以及神经缺损情况。结果训练干预前两组BBS评分、改良Bathel指数评分和NIHSS评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练干预后两组BBS评分、改良Bathel指数评分和NIHSS评分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练干预后观察组Holden步行功能分级量表0级比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中偏瘫患者,悬吊运动训练能够提升患者的平衡功能、日常生活能力,并改善其步行能力与神经缺损情况,可促进患者更好地康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of suspension exercise training on the outcome of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Shenyang Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group(60 cases in each group).The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received suspension exercise training on the basis of the control group.The balance function,walking ability,daily living ability and nerve defect of the two groups were compared.Results Before the training intervention,there was nosignificantdifferenceinBBS score,modifiedBarthelindexscoreandNIHSS scorebetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05);after the training intervention,the BBS score,modified Barthel index score and NIHSS score between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).After training intervention,the proportion of grade 0 of Holden walking function rating scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia,suspension exercise training can improve the balance function,activities of daily living,walking ability and nerve defect,and can promote better recovery of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
