学生视角分析高校教师课堂教学现状及学科差异——以山西省八所地方高师院校调研为基础 被引量:4

The Current Situation and Disciplinary Differences of College Teachers’Classroom Teaching from the Perspective of Students:A Case Study of the Survey of Eight Local Normal Universities in Shanxi Province

摘要 通过对山西省八所地方高师院校教师课堂教学现状调研,发现目前高校课堂教学整体趋于传统,存在内容较为陈旧、教学形式单一等问题,文、理、艺各学科教师在教学目标设定、教学方法使用、教学辅助手段应用、教学内容选择、课程内容组织以及考核方式构成等方面均存在学科差异。因此高校进行课堂教学改革,应将改造课堂教学文化作为首要任务,同时将学科差异作为高校课改的内部资源,拓宽学科视野,提高教学与科研关联度,努力提升过程性评价的内涵与质量。 This paper focuses on the current situation of teachers’classroom teaching in eight local normal universities in Shanxi Province and finds that the classroom teaching at colleges and universities tends to be traditional and there exist problems such as old teaching contents and monotonous teaching styles.There exist disciplinary differences in terms of teaching aims,teaching methods,application of teaching aids,selection of teaching contents,organization of curricular contents and examination.Hence,the classroom teaching reform should take it as the primary task to reform classroom teaching culture.In the meanwhile,we should make the disciplinary differences as the internal resources to carry out classroom teaching reform,broaden disciplinary vision,enhance the relevance between teaching and research and improve the connotation and quality of formative assessment.
