摘要
以香蕉袋苗为材料,采用单因素试验设计方法,研究硝酸钾对香蕉袋苗生长及生理生化变化的影响。结果表明:1.60 g·L^-1的硝酸钾处理的香蕉组培苗生长最好,培养40 d,香蕉茎高9.33±0.21 cm、茎粗0.558±0.924 cm、叶数6.07±0.31、叶长9.13±0.47 cm,叶宽6.17±0.84 cm,根冠比0.146±0.009,均显著高于其他处理;香蕉的可溶性蛋白含量13.16±0.52 mg·g^-1、可溶性糖含量173.33±4.20 ug·g^-1、硝酸盐含量833.09±158.33 ug·g^-1、叶绿素含量0.799±0.639 mg·g^-1,均显著高于其他处理。
Effects of potassium nitrate on the growth,physiological and biochemical changes of banana bag seedlings were studied by single factor experiment design method.The results showed that 1.60 g·L^-1 potassium nitrate treatment was the best for the growth of banana tissue-cultured seedlings.After 40 days of culture,the stem height was 9.33±0.21 cm,stem diameter was 0.558±0.924 cm,leaf number was 6.07±0.31,leaf length was 9.13±0.47 cm,leaf width was 6.17±0.84 cm and root-shoot ratio was 0.146±0.009.They were significantly higher than those under other treatments.Content of soluble protein in banana was 13.16±0.52 mg·g^-1,soluble sugar content was 173.33±4.20 ug·g^-1,nitrate content was 833.09±158.33 ug·g^-1,and chlorophyll content was 0.799±0.639 mg·g^-1.They were significantly higher than that under other treatments.
