贮藏温度对不同品种莲雾果实品质的影响

摘要 以福建2个主栽莲雾品种‘黑珍珠’和‘紫红’为试验材料,分别采用5℃、7℃、9℃和11℃共4种温度进行16 d冷藏试验,研究不同贮藏温度对2个品种莲雾果实好果率、花青素和Vc保存率的影响。结果表明,5℃和11℃共2种温度下冷藏16 d后,2个品种莲雾果实的好果率、花青素和Vc保存率均较低;而‘黑珍珠’、‘紫红’分别在贮藏温度为7℃、9℃时具有最高的好果率、花青素和Vc保存率,表现出不同的适宜贮藏温度。 Two main Wax apple cv.‘Black pearl’and‘Tub Ting Jiang’in Fujian province were storaged for 16 days in 5℃,7℃,9℃,and 11℃,respectively.The effect of storage temperature on the good fruit ratio,anthocyanin content and Vc retention rate of two cultivars were studied.The results showed that the good fruit ratio,anthocyanin content and Vc retention rate were low in 5℃and 11℃after 16 days storage,while the highest good fruit ratio,anthocyanin content and Vc retention rate were highest in 7℃and 9℃.Two cultivars showed the different suitable storage temperature.
