龙眼冻干粉对失眠模型小鼠体重的影响

Effect of Freeze-dried Fruit Powder of Longan on Body Weight of Insomnia Mice

失眠日益成为影响健康的重要限制因子,本研究探讨了龙眼冻干粉对失眠小鼠的体重影响,以期为龙眼功能化研究提供参考。结果显示,腹腔注射氯苯丙胺酸(PCPA)后试验组小鼠体重出现持续下降,模型组试验小鼠的体重在第21 d比第19 d减少6.47%(p<0.05),表明PCPA腹腔注射后模型构建成功。试验小鼠摄入龙眼鲜果冻干粉水提取物后可减少PCPA对体重发育的影响,第20 d小鼠体重降低0.51%,仅为模型组的13.93%;第21 d试验小鼠体重下降大幅减少;到第22 d体重就开始增加,有效缓解了PCPA模型对试验小鼠体重发育的影响,表明龙眼具有改善失眠的应用潜力。

Insomnia is increasingly becoming an important limiting factor for health.In our study,effect of freeze-dried fruit powder of longan on body weight of insomnia mice was discussed in order to provide references for longan functionalization.The results showed that the weight body of the tested mice with intraperitoneal injection of PCPA showed trend of continual loss.The tested mice lost body weight on the 21st day than on the 19th day by 6.47%(P<0.05)in model group.It indicated that the model of intraperitoneal injection of PCPA was established successfully.The tested mice fed aqueous extract of freeze-dried fruit powder of longan lightened the effect of PCPA on body weight.The tested mice lost body weight by 0.51%on the 20th day,accounting for 13.93%in model group;the tested mice lost body weight sharply on the 21st day;the tested mice increased body weight on the 22nd day.Freeze-dried fruit powder of longan effectively lowered effect on body weight of the tested mice.It indicated that longan has the potential to improve sleep quality.
