摘要
提出了一种考虑永磁体不可逆退磁的磁齿轮复合电机(MGM)的设计方法。通过有限元方法分析了MGM永磁体的退磁情况,建立了MGM抗退磁能力的评估模型以及退磁率的计算方法,提出了一种综合考虑电机抗退磁能力、转矩密度、永磁体利用率的设计方法,制作了样机,转矩密度达到60.9 N·m/L,永磁体利用率为50 N·m/kg,永磁体在2倍额定电流下不会发生不可逆退磁,可以保证MGM的可靠运行。
A design method of magnetically geared machine(MGM)was presented considering the irreversible demagnetization of the permanent magnet(PM).The demagnetization of the PMs of MGM was analyzed by the finite element method(FEM),and the evaluation model of the anti-demagnetization ability of the MGM and the calculation method of the demagnetization rate were established.A design method comprehensive considering the anti-demagnetization ability,torque density,and PM utilization of the machine was proposed.The prototype was made.The torque density reachesd 60.9 N·m/L,and the PM utilization rate was 50 N·m/kg.The PM could not be irreversibly demagnetized at twice the rated current.The reliable operation of MGM could be guaranteed.
