电动汽车用混合永磁辅助同步磁阻电机的转子优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 由于稀土材料的特殊性,其制造成本在逐步上升,而铁氧体材料成本较低,电机设计时可考虑将其替代部分钕铁硼的方案,以节省成本。建立了永磁辅助同步磁阻电机的数学模型,推导了电机的电磁转矩方程;根据性能需求对电机进行了初步设计,同时提出了三种混合永磁的方案,对比分析了三种方案的性能及抗退磁能力,选取了最优方案并进行了转矩针对性优化,验证了该方案的安全性;将优化后的方案与钕铁硼电机进行了性能及成本对比,优化后的混合永磁方案相比钕铁硼电机虽然转矩脉动及叠长均有所增加,但成本降低了6%,磁阻转矩提升了10.8%,有一定实用价值。 Due to the particularity of rare earth materials,their manufacturing costs are gradually increasing,while the cost of ferrite materials is relatively low.In the motor design,it can be considered to replace part of NdFeB to save costs.The mathematical model of the permanent magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor was established,and its electromagnetic torque equation were derived.The motor was initially designed according to the performance requirements,and three hybrid permanent magnet solutions were proposed and compared.By comparing the performance and anti-demagnetization ability of these three schemes,the optimal scheme was selected and the torque was optimized,and the safety of the scheme was verified.The optimized scheme was compared with the NdFeB motor based on performance and cost.Compared with the NdFeB motor,the optimized hybrid permanent magnet scheme has increased torque ripple and stack length,but the cost is reduced by 6%,the reluctance torque is increased by 10.8%,which has certain practical value.
