Design of the Suction and Delivery Device for Top and Bottom Cover of Cardboard Box Forming Production Line

以硬纸盒成型生产线天地盖吸送方法为研究对象,首先介绍了特定的硬纸盒结构组成,然后详细地分析了天地盖吸送机理及存在问题;最后提出了天地盖吸送的适宜结构和实施方法,经实物验证,表明此方法可行;本技术对同类型的天地盖吸送设计具有一定的指导意义。

By using a suction and delivery method of top and bottom cover of cardboard box forming production line as the research object,the structure composition of special cardboard box was introduced first,and then the suction and delivery mechanism and existing problems of top and bottom cover were analyzed in detail.Finally,the suitable structure and implementation method for suction and delivery of top and bottom cover was produced,and by physical verification,it is indicated that this method was feasible;This technology has certain guiding significance for the suction and delivery design of the like top and bottom cover.
