增材制造技术在井下工具中应用及问题分析 被引量:4

摘要 增材制造技术是一种实现零件成型的先进制造技术,随着技术的不断发展,应用越来越广。目前,增材制造技术在石油井下工具的维修、制造过程中的应用取得了一些进展,一些典型应用,例如增材制造技术用于PDC钻头模具制造、井下工具关键零部件的激光熔覆再制造,以及井下工具金属零件的3D打印。介绍了井下工具制造过程中常用的几种增材制造技术,调研了金属零件3D打印技术的研究现状,指出增材制造技术在油气行业推广应用的制约因素。随着增材制造技术的材料及工艺体系的不断完善,增材制造技术在油气行业有着广阔的应用前景。 Additive manufacturing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology that realizes the forming of parts.With the continuous development of technology,it is being more and more widely used.At present,progress has been made in the application of additive manufacturing technology in the maintenance and manufacturing process of oil downhole tools.Some typical applications include the application of additive manufacturing technology in PDC bit mold manufacturing,laser cladding remanufacturing of key parts of downhole tools,and 3D printing of metal parts in downhole tools.Several additive manufacturing techniques used in downhole tools manufacturing were briefly introduced.The research status of 3D printing of metal parts was investigated,several factors restricting the application of additive manufacturing technology in oil and gas industry were pointed out.With the continuous improvement and maturity of the material and process system of additive manufacturing technology,additive manufacturing technology has a broad application prospect in oil and gas industry.
