宫腔镜联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗气滞血瘀证子宫内膜息肉的临床应用观察

Clinical Observation of Hysteroscopy Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的:探讨宫腔镜联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗气滞血瘀证子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效.方法:选取2019年6-10月于本院就诊的60例气滞血瘀证子宫内膜息肉患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.对照组术后采用地屈孕酮治疗,治疗组术后采用口服血府逐瘀汤治疗.比较两组治疗后综合疗效、中医症候积分、复发率及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组各项中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组中医症状总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组复发率显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血府逐瘀汤加减能有效治疗气滞血瘀证子宫内膜息肉,复发率低且临床用药安全.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyps with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:A total of 60 endometrial polyps patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome who visited our hospital from June to October 2019 were selected,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone,while the treatment group was treated with oral Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome score,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively treat endometrial polyps with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the recurrence rate is low and the clinical medication is safe.
