检后健康管理联合护理干预对糖尿病患者疾病认知、控制及生存状态相关方面的影响分析

Effects of Post-examination Health Management Combined with Nursing Intervention on Related Aspects of Disease Awareness,Control and Survival Status in Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:探讨检后健康管理联合护理干预对糖尿病患者的干预效果.方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月于本院体检后60例确诊为糖尿病的患者为对照组.另选取2019年4月-2020年3月于本院体检后60例确诊为糖尿病的患者为观察组.对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予检后健康管理联合护理干预.比较两组干预前后的生存质量、疾病认知度、健康信念、血糖指标及对管理模式的满意度.结果:干预1、3个月后,观察组生存质量特异性量表(diabetes specific quality of life scale,DSQL)各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预1、3个月后,观察组疾病认识度均优于对照组(P<0.05).干预1、3个月后,观察组各项健康信念评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).干预1、3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组对管理模式的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:检后健康管理联合护理干预在糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果较好,可显著提升患者的疾病认知度及健康信念,有效控制血糖水平及改善生存质量,应用价值较高.

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of post-examination health management combined nursing intervention in the patients with diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus after physical examination in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group.In addition,60 patients diagnosed with diabetes after physical examination in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given post-examination health management combined nursing intervention.Quality of life,disease awareness,health belief,blood glucose index and satisfaction with management mode were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the all scores of diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the disease awareness of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the all scores of health belief in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate with management mode of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of post-examination health management combined nursing intervention in the patients with diabetes mellitus is better.It can significantly improve patients’disease awareness and health belief,effectively control blood glucose level and improve the quality of life,which has high application value.
