四平汤对代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗的影响

Observation on the effect of Siping Decoction on insulin resistance in metabolic syndrome

目的观察四平汤治疗气滞湿阻型代谢综合征(MS)胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法80例代谢综合征患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组予健康教育、饮食运动指导,并发症常规药物治疗,试验组在基础治疗的同时服用四平汤,观察治疗前后中医证候积分、体重、腰围、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化。结果两组治疗前后中医证候积分差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后腰围、体重及BMI差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后组间比较体重差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无统计学差异,治疗后组间比较FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四平汤可改善气滞湿阻型代谢综合征患者中医临床症状,改善中心性肥胖及改善胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To observe the effect of Siping Decoction on insulin resistance of qi-stagnation-dampness metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 80 patients with MS were randomly divided into the experimental group and the Control Group.The control group was given health education,diet and exercise guidance,combined with routine drug treatment,the TCM Syndrome score,body weight,waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),Fasting Blood Glucose(FPG)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were observed before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference in Tcm Syndrome integral between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in waist circumference and body weight and BMI between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There were significantdifferences in body weight between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in FPG and FINS and HOMA-IR before and after treatment in test group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FPG and FINS and HOMA-IR between the control group before and after treatment.There was significant difference in FPG and FINS and HOMA-IR between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Siping decoction can improve clinical symptoms of TCM,central obesity and insulin resistance in patients with Metabolic Syndrome of Qi stagnation and dampness obstruction.
