宿迁市高质量发展的时空特征

Spatial-temporal characteristics of Suqian s high-quality development

为促进宿迁市高质量发展,缩小宿迁市与东部其他地区、苏南地区城市和淮海经济区中心城市之间的差距,探索宿迁市高质量发展模式,运用综合评价分析法、均方差决策法等对宿迁市高质量发展的演变特征、空间格局进行测算分析.2010—2017年,宿迁市高质量发展速度加快,其中经济发展和生态环境发展高质量提升最显著;在不同时段,各个领域高质量发展的表现各不相同.宿迁市领域、区域发展不平衡:在领域发展方面,对外开放与人民生活高质量发展较为滞后;在区域发展方面,城乡差距较大.宿迁市应加大经济和文化等方面对外开放力度,切实提高人民生活水平,加大对县域发展的投入和支持力度.

In order to promote the high-quality development of Suqian,narrow the gap between Suqian and the cities in east China,southern Jiangsu and region central cities of Huaihai Economic Zone,explore the high-quality development model of Suqian,the spatial pattern of the evolution characteristics of Suqian s high-quality development is measured and analyzed by means of comprehensive evaluation analysis and mean square error decision method.From 2010 to 2017,the high quality development speed of Suqian is accelerated,among which the economic development and ecological environment development are the most significant.The performance of high-quality development in each field varies from time to time.The regional development of Suqian is unbalanced.In terms of the regional development,the opening up to the outside world and the high quality of people s life lag behind the others.In terms of regional development,there is a large gap between urban and rural areas.It is suggested to intensify economic and cultural opening to the outside world,effectively improve people s living standards and increase input and support for county and district development.
