摘要 细胞焦亡不同于细胞凋亡和细胞坏死,是一种伴有炎症反应的新型细胞程序性死亡。冠状动脉粥样硬化是冠心病的基本病理表现,斑块的形成、破裂与炎症反应密切相关,而细胞焦亡所造成的炎症反应在冠心病的发生发展中占重要地位。冠心病细胞焦亡涉及经典和非经典两种信号通路,其中炎症小体是细胞焦亡发生的关键环节,胱天蛋白酶家族是细胞焦亡发生的调控蛋白,炎症因子白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-18是细胞焦亡发生炎症反应的重要调控因子,Gasdermin D蛋白是细胞焦亡过程中的共同底物。抑制冠心病细胞焦亡发生过程中的各个环节和靶点,可有效减少细胞焦亡的发生,达到抗动脉粥样硬化、延缓冠心病进展的目的,从而为冠心病的防治提供新策略。 Pyroptosis is different from apoptosis and cell necrosis,and it is a newly discovered type of programmed cell death with inflammatory response.Coronary atherosclerosis is the basic pathological manifestation of coronary heart disease(CHD).The formation and rupture of plaques are closely related to the inflammatory response,and the inflammatory response caused by pyroptosis plays an important role in the development of CHD.Pyroptosis in CHD involves both classical and non-classical signaling pathways.Inflammasomes are the key link in the occurrence of pyroptosis.Caspase family is the regulatory protein of pyroptosis.Inflammatory factors IL-1βand IL-18 are the important regulatory factors for inflammatory response in pyroptosis.Gasdermin D protein is a common substrate in the process of pyroptosis.By inhibiting the various links and targets in the process of pyroptosis in CHD,it could effectively inhibit and reduce the occurrence of pyroptosis,resist atherosclerosis and delay the progression of CHD,thereby provide a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of CHD.
