直肠癌根治术后并发症的研究进展

Research Progress of Complications after Radical Resection for Rectal Cancer

目前,直肠癌根治术后并发症的发生风险仍较高,且大多数术后并发症的严重程度难以判断,常见并发症包括吻合口瘘、肠梗阻、肠粘连、切口感染等,均对手术治疗效果产生一定影响。在现代腔镜技术、消毒技术、麻醉技术等发展与进步下,部分并发症(如吻合口出血)已得到有效控制,但部分常见并发症的发生率尚未有效控制,甚至存在升高迹象,故分析各种并发症相关防治措施效果,找出目前直肠癌根治术后并发症防治中的不足,对指导未来直肠癌根治术后并发症的预防意义重大。

At present,there is still a high risk of complications after radical surgery for rectal cancer,and the severity of most postoperative complications is difficult to judge.Common complications include anastomotic leakage,intestinal obstruction,intestinal adhesion,and incision infection etc.,all of which have a certain influence on the surgical treatment effect.With the development and progress of modern endoscopic technology,disinfection technology,and anesthesia technology,some complications have been effectively controlled,such as anastomotic bleeding;however,the incidence of a considerable part of the common complications has not been effectively controlled or even shows increasing signs.Therefore,analyzing the effectiveness of the current prevention and treatment measures for various complications,finding out their deficiencies after radical surgery for rectal cancer,is of great significance to guide the prevention and intervention in the future.
