摘要
近年来,诊断非血栓性髂静脉受压综合征(NIVCS)的医学影像技术(血管彩色多普勒超声、血管腔内超声、CT静脉造影、磁共振静脉造影、下肢静脉造影等)的进步,提高了NIVCS的诊断率。随着血管腔内技术的迅速普及,NIVCS合并下肢静脉曲张的治疗方法逐渐多样化。通过血管腔内治疗解除髂静脉狭窄,再联合不同静脉曲张手术治疗下肢静脉曲张,而在解除髂静脉狭窄所致下肢静脉回流障碍的情况下,根据不同临床分期及大隐静脉返流情况决定是否保留大隐静脉主干以获得满意的临床疗效尚需进一步研究。
In recent years,with the development of medical imaging technology(vascular color Doppler ultrasound,intravascular ultrasound,CT venography,magnetic resonance venography,and lower extremity venography)for the diagnosis of nonthrombotic iliac vein compression syndrome(NIVCS),the diagnostic rate of NIVCS has been improved.Moreover,with the rapid popularization of endovascular technology,the treatment methods of NIVCS with varicose veins of lower extremities have become more diversified.Endovascular treatment is used to relieve iliac vein stenosis,and lower extremity varicose veins can be treated when combined with different surgical treatments.After the venous reflux disorder of the lower extremities caused by iliac vein stenosis is resolved,it still needs further study to decide whether to retain the trunk of saphenous vein according to different clinical stages and the condition of great saphenous reflux to obtain satisfactory clinical effects.
