Determination of Main Active Components in Qingwenjiedu Tablets by HPLC

目的:利用HPLC同时测定清瘟解毒片中葛根素、芍药苷、甘草苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、黄芩苷、牛蒡苷、连翘苷和牛蒡子苷元的含量。方法:色谱柱型号为Agilent TC-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相组成为乙腈:0.2%磷酸(梯度洗脱);流速为1.0 mL•min^-1;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μL。结果:葛根素、芍药苷、甘草苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、黄芩苷、牛蒡苷、连翘苷、牛蒡子苷元分别在:0.0404-4.04、0.0194-0.778、0.0002436-0.02436、0.0209-0.836、0.0216-0.862、0.033-1.32、0.0161-0.644和0.0258-1.032 mg•mL^-1范围内呈线性关系。测得葛根素、芍药苷、甘草苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、黄芩苷、牛蒡苷、连翘苷、牛蒡子苷元的含量分别为:6.43、0.78、0.2326、0.168、8.09、5.87、0.25和0.67 mg•g^-1。结论:本方法专属性强,准确可靠,简单方便,为清瘟解毒片的质量控制提供理论依据。

Objective:The contents of puerarin,paeoniflorin,Liquiritin,5-O-Methylvisamminoside,baicalin,actiin,hillyrin and arctigenin in Qingwenjiedu Tablets were simultaneously determined by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic column type is Agilent TC-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase composition is acetonitrile:0.2%acetic acid(gradient elution).the flow rate was 1.0 mL•min^-1,the temperature was 30℃and the injection was 10μL.Results:Puerarin,Paeoniflorin,Liquiritin,5-O-Methylvisamminoside,Baicalin,actiin,phillyrin,arctigenin,0.0404-4.04,0.0194-0.778,0.0002436-0.02436,0.0209-0.836,0.0216-0.862,0.033-1.32,0.0161-0.644,0.0258-1.032 mg•mL^-1,it′s linear in scope.The contents of puerarin,paeoniflorin,Liquiritin,5-O-Methylvisamminoside,baicalin,actiin,phillyrin and arctigenin were 6.43,0.78,0.2326,0.168,8.09,5.87,0.25,0.67 mg•g^-1,respectively.Conclusion:This method is specific,accurate,reliable,simple and convenient,which provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of Qingwenjiedu Tablets.
