摘要
基于网络分析法和ArcGIS平台,以宝鸡市主要城区的10个城市公园为例,研究了步行、非机动车和机动车3种出行方式下的公园可达性,并从研究区整体和行政分区2个层面对公园可达性分布、可达面积和可达人口方面的数量差异进行了对比和分析。结果表明,研究区内公园空间布局不够均衡,呈现东西部高、中部低的现象;研究区整体范围公园可达性较差,在步行和非机动车出行30 min时,可达人口比只有9.5%和25.96%;对于3种出行方式而言,机动车的可达性最好,步行的最差;各行政区范围内公园可达性差异较大,渭滨区的可达性最好,尤其在步行和非机动车出行模式下的公园可达性远超过其他2个行政区。
The accessibility of parks is one of the most important indicators in evaluating the rationality and service efficiency of city parks's patial layout.With the method of network analysis and the help of ArcGIS,this paper evaluated the spatial accessibility of 10 parks in the urban area of Baoji city by three different modes of transportation,i.e.,walking,non-motor vehicles and motor vehicles.Besides,this paper also made comparison and analysis among the distribution of accessibility,accessible area and accessible population of 10 city parks respectively in the aspects of the whole survey region and administrative division.The results of the survey obviously showed the following conclusions:firstly,the spatial distribution of the 10 urban parks in Baoji was unbalanced,which was reflected by the phenomenon that the accessibility of the city parks in the middle area was lower than that in the east and west areas.Secondly,the accessibility of 10 urban parks in the whole region was relatively low,because only 9.5%of the residents could walk to the nearest parks,and 25.96%could reach with non-motor vehicles in 30 minutes.Thirdly,as for transportation mode,accessibility in motor vehicle mode was the best,while walking was the worst.Last but not least,the accessibility of parks varied a lot among the 3 administrative districts.The condition in Weibin district was the best,which was much better than that of in other 2 districts,especially by walking and non-motor vehicles.
