为了促进磁敏传感器的发展和应用,分析了磁敏传感器原理,综述了磁敏传感器的研究进展。目前应用的主要类型是霍尔元件和磁阻元件,我国在这两种元件方面的生产技术与国外厂家差距不大。灵巧化、智能化和多功能化是磁敏传感器未来发展的必然趋势,具有巨大的市场前景和发展潜力。

In order to promote the development and application of magneto-dependent sensor,the research analyzes the principle of magneto-dependent sensor,and summarizes the research progress of magneto-dependent sensor.At present,the main application types are Hall and reluctance elements.There is little gap of the production technology of the two elements between factories at home and abroad.The inexorable trend of magneto-dependent sensor in the future is flexible,intelligent and multi-functional,and it has great market prospect and development potential.
