清热化瘀补肾汤治疗肾病综合征蛋白尿患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Clearing Away Heat,Removing Blood Stasis and Nourishing Kidney Soup Treatment on Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome Proteinuria

分析自拟清热化瘀补肾汤对肾病综合征蛋白尿患者的临床疗效。选取2017年12月—2019年12月在我院因肾病综合征蛋白尿住院治疗的83例患者,采取抽签法将患者分为对照组与研究组。对照组41例采用西医常规药物治疗,研究组42例在对照组的基础上增加自拟清热化瘀补肾汤治疗。对比两组患者24 h蛋白尿含量、白蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)水平。治疗后研究组的总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的63.41%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组24 h蛋白尿含量为(1.22±0.34)、BUN为(4.90±0.11),显著低于对照组的(3.05±0.18)、(5.88±0.12)。研究组白蛋白为(35.47±4.22),显著高于对照组的(28.09±3.24)(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应率经对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自拟清热化瘀补肾汤可改善肾病综合征蛋白尿患者的临床症状,减少患者24 h的蛋白尿含量,恢复肾功能,两组的不良反应差异不显著,血尿常规及肝功能正常,安全性较高。

The research analyzes the clinical effect of clearing away heat,removing blood stasis and nourishing kidney soup treatment on patients with nephrotic syndrome proteinuria.83 patients with nephrotic syndrome proteinuria in the hospital from Dec.2017 to Dec.2019 are selected,and they are divided into control group and research group by lottery.41 patients in control group receive routine western medicine,and 42 patients of research group receive clearing away heat,removing blood stasis and nourishing kidney soup treatment.24h proteinuria,albumin and BUN levels of two groups are compared.The total effective rate of research group after treatment is 90.48%,which is significantly higher than 63.41%of the control group(P<0.05).24 proteinuria content and BUN after treatment of research group are(1.22±0.34)and(4.90±0.11),which are lower than(3.05±0.18)and(5.88±0.12)of control group.Albumin of research group is(35.47±4.22),which is significantly higher than(28.09±3.24)of control group(P<0.05).There is no statistical significance of adverse reaction rates of two groups(P>0.05).Clearing away heat and removing blood stasis and nourishing kidney soup can improve clinical symptoms of patients with nephrotic syndrome proteinuria,reduce 24h patients proteinuria,and recover renal function.There is no statistically significant difference of adverse reaction of two groups.It can make routine urine test and liver function normal,with high safety rate.
