摘要
观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎效果。选取2018年8月—2019年12月本院收治的128例反流性食管炎患者随机分为对照组(奥美拉唑)与研究组(奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利),每组各64例。经研究表明,研究组的治疗有效率达90.63%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。研究组的胃动素及胃泌素升高水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。采用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利可提高反流性食管炎患者的治疗效果,促进胃功能恢复。
Effect of Omeprozole combined with Mosapride treatment on reflux esophagitis is observed.128 reflux esophagitis patients in the hospital from Aug.2018 to Dec.2019 are randomly divided intro control group(Omeprozole)and research group(Omeprozole combined with Mosapride),with 64 patients in each group.Treatment effective rate of research group is 90.63%,which is significantly higher than 75.00%of control group(P<0.05).Motilin and gastrin of research group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Omeprozole combined with Mosapride can improve treatment effect of reflux esophagitis patients,and promote the functional recovery of gastric function.
