炔雌醇环丙孕酮在多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者中的助孕效果及不良反应分析

Effect of Assisted Reproduction and Adverse Reaction Analysis of Ethinyloestradiol Cyproterone on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Infertility Patients

分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的助孕效果及不良反应发生情况。选取30例来我院医治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组各15例。对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗。比较两组治疗后的性激素水平、助孕效果及不良发应率等相关情况。治疗后,观察组的LH、T、FSH水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的排卵率为53.33%、妊娠率为20.00%。观察组的排卵率为80.00%、妊娠率为46.67%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的不良反应率为20.00%,观察组的不良反应率为6.67%,对照组显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果显著,能有效提高患者的排卵率、妊娠率,降低性激素水平和不良发应率,安全系数及可行性高。

The research analyzes the assisted reproduction and adverse reaction situation of ethinyloestradiol cyproterone on polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility patients.30 polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility patients in the hospital are divided into control group and observation group,with 15 patients in each group.Control group receive clomiphene treatment,and observation group receive enthinyloestradiol cyproterone treatment.Gonadal hormone concentrations,assisted reproduction effect and adverse reaction of two groups after treatment are compared.After treatment,LH,T and FSH of observation group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).In control group,ovulation rate is 53.33%,and rate of pregnancy is 20.00%.In observation group,ovulation rate is 80.00%,and rate of pregnancy is 46.67%.Those of observation group are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of control group is 20.00%,and that of observation group is 6.67%.Those of control group are significantly higher than observation group(P<0.05).Ethinyloestradiol cyproterone on polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility has significant effect.It can effectively improve patients’ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,reduce gonadal hormone concentrations and adverse reaction rate,with high safety and feasibility.
