健康教育对保守治疗颅内动脉瘤患者依从性的影响

Influence of Health Education on the Conservative Treatment of Compliance of Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm

分析对保守治疗颅内动脉瘤患者实施健康教育的临床效果。选取2019年下半年来华西广安医院接受保守治疗的50例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组与研究组,每组各25例。经护理干预后,对比两组患者的治疗依从性和护理效果。结果表明,研究组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。健康教育对保守治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的依从性良好,能提高患者和家属对颅内动脉瘤的认知程度以及护理效果,延长患者的生命,提高其生活质量。

The research analyzes the clinical effect of health education on the conservative treatment of compliance of patients with intracranial aneurysm.50 patients with intracranial aneurysm under conservative treatment in West China Guang’an Hospital of Sichuan University in the second half 2019,and they are randomly divided into control group and research group,with 25 patients in each group.After nursing intervention,the treatment compliance and nursing effect of two groups are compared.The result shows that the treatment effect of research group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Health education has good effect on the compliance of conservative treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysm.It can improve the cognition degree and nursing effect of intracranial aneurysm of patients and their family members,prolong their life,and improve the living quality.
