Relationship of Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes and Bone Metabolism

分析2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与骨代谢的关系。随机选取在绥化市第一医院接受2型糖尿病治疗的50例患者作为糖尿病组,选取50例健康体检者作为对照组,对比两组的血骨生化指标、尿Ca/Cr、BGP、FBG、FINS、IAI、IS、IR,并以BMI≥25 kg/m2为分界点,将每组再分为肥胖组和非肥胖组。结果表明,2型糖尿病患者与对照组血骨生化指标、尿Ca/Cr、BGP、FBG、FINS、IAI、IS、IR的差异显著(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病会导致骨代谢异常,病程初期骨代谢生化指标发生了改变,与胰岛素分泌作用不足相关,表明肥胖与胰岛素抵抗造成糖代谢异常为致病核心因素。

The research analyzes the relationship of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes and bone metabolism.50 patients with type 2 diabetes in Suihua First Hospital are randomly selected as the diabetes group,and 50 healthy examiners are selected as the control group.Blood bone biochemical criterion,urine Ca/Cr,BGP,FBG,FINS,IAI,IS and IR of two groups are compared.BMI≥25 kg/m2 is regarded as the demarcation point.And each group is divided into obesity group and non-obesity group.There is statistically significant difference of blood bone biochemical criterion,urine Ca/Cr,BGP,FBG,FINS,IAI,IS and IR between type 2 diabetes patients and control group(P<0.05).Type 2 diabetes will lead bone metabolic disturbance.In the early stage of the disease course,there is great change in bone metabolism biochemical criterion,which is related with insufficient secretion of insulin secretion.This indicates that abnormal glucose metabolism caused by obesity and insulin resistance is the core factor of pathopoiesia.
