乘用车排气系统消声器的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 分析了排气系统噪声研究情况及我国排气系统噪声治理情况,提出了排气系统设计流程。设计前期,根据提供的发动机相关技术参数、底盘总布置的几何约束条件、国家对排气噪声及污染物排放的要求、公司对发动机功率损失等要求进行排气系统布置及设计。后期根据匹配的发动机及附件系统进行实车确认噪声、背压等性能,由供应商协同进行不断修改与试制,直至排气尾管噪声、背压达标,再开发工装样件,完成排气系统开发。目前国内排气系统技术水平仍较落后,无法达到正向设计高度,需要继续深入探索。 The research analyzes the research condition of exhaust system noise and noise abatement of exhaust system in China,and proposes exhaust system design flow.In the early stage of design,exhaust system allocation and design are done according to engine related technical parameters,geometric constraint conditions of chassis general arrangement,the requirements of exhaust noise and pollutant discharge from China,and the requirements of engine power loss from the company.In later stage,according to the matched engine and accessory system,noise and backpressure of the automobile are identified,and continuously modified and trial-manufactured according to suppliers till noise and backpressure of tail pipe reaching the standard.Work frock samples are redeveloped,and development of exhaust system is achieved.Now exhaust system technology level is still backward in China.It can’t achieve positive design height,so it needs continuously exploration.
