摘要
分析了职业素养课程理论内涵和民办本科院校学生职业素养的认知现状。指出了职业素养课程体系建设中存在的问题:课程体系不系统,发展方向不明确;课程内容重理论,实践指导性不强;课程改革不到位,校企协同预期欠佳;课程监督不足,教育合力难以形成。从目标建构、内容建构、课程体系实施建构、课程体系保障建构这几方面提出了民办本科院校职业素养课程体系的建设策略。民办高校各部门应加强沟通,统筹校园综合资源,搭建职业素养课程体系平台。
We analyze the theoretical connotation of professional quality courses and cognition situation of student professional quality of the private university,point out the problems of professional literacy course system construction,including non systematic course system and ambiguity of development orientation;attaching importance to the theory of course content and weak practice guidance;unfulfillment of course reform and the not good expectation of cooperation between school and enterprise;not enough course supervision and difficulty in education resultant force.We propose the construction strategies of professional quality curriculum system construction of private universities from target,content,course system and course system guarantee construction.All departments of private universities should strengthen communication,uniform campus comprehensive resource,and establish professional literacy course system platform.
