摘要
顶岗实习是职业院校人才培养的实践需求,也是当今社会、市场经济发展的要求,是否能够顺应社会发展、满足社会需求,对于广大在校学生的择业、就业有着重要的影响。以哈尔滨职业技术学院顶岗实习日常管理环节中存在的问题为切入点,解析如何更科学的进行学生顶岗实习期的日常管理,发挥高职院校人才培养优势,实现全方面、全过程的育人目标。
Substituted post practice is the practical demand of vocational college talent cultivation,demand of nowadays society and market economic development,the key of complying with society development and satisfy social demand,and has important influence on the job selection and employment of students in the colleges.Through taking the problems of internship daily management of Harbin Vocational Technical Institute as the entry point,we analyze how to make daily management of Harbin Vocational&Technical College more scientifically,to play the advantages of higher vocational college students,and to achieve the comprehensive and overall process education.
