摘要
以讨论学龄前脑瘫儿童接受医学康复并教育康复干预的价值意义为目的。将2018年3月—2019年3月我院收治的52例学龄前脑瘫患儿当作观察对象,按康复方案差异进行分组,每组各26例,对照组接受医学康复干预,研究组在其基础上接受教育康复干预。干预前Gesell评分比较差异不明显,P>0.05。干预后Gesell评分比干预前高,P<0.05。研究组Gesell评分比对照组高,P<0.05。综合康复干预效果更加显著,对患儿运动与认知等综合功能改善意义重大。
In order to discuss the value significance of medical and education rehabilitation of preschool children with cerebral palsy,52 preschool children with cerebral palsy in the hospital from Mar.2018 to Mar.2019 are regarded as objects of observation.According to different rehabilitation schemes,they are divided into 26 children in control group receiving medicine rehabilitation intervention,and 26 children in research group receiving education rehabilitation intervention based on control group.There is no significant difference before Gesell score,P>0.05.Gesell score after intervention is higher than before intervention,P<0.05.Gesell score in research group is higher than control group,P<0.05.The effect of comprehensive intervention is more significant,and it has important significance for children comprehensive improvement,including movement and cognition.
