实验基地培育技工院校教师教科研能力途径探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 对实验基地培育技工院校教师教科研能力的途径进行探索与实践,明确了技工院校教师教科研能力的要求。技工院校教师开展教科研工作正面临一些难题,不够重视对教师教科研能力的培养。技工院校教师教科研参与热情与学校政策有一定关联,常见内因有教科研工作辛苦,教学任务繁重,时间精力有限,等等;常见外因包含学校支持力度不足,缺乏配套投入,缺乏组织指导,骨干教师认定及待遇不明显,等等。对此,需搭建技工教育教科研实验基地新平台,理清教科研工作思路。实验基地对教师教科研能力和学校办学成效产生了积极影响,吸引了当地其他职业院校的教师来参与工作,有助于推动其他职业院校实训基地的建设。 We explore and practice the scientific research ability of technical school teachers in experimental base,and clarify the requirements of scientific research ability of technical school teachers.There are some problems in technical school teachers developing scientific research,such as insufficient training of teacher’s scientific research ability.There is certain correlation between teachers’scientific research participation enthusiasm and school polity.Common internal causes are the hard work of teaching and scientific research work,heavy teaching task,and limit time and energy,etc.Common external causes include the insufficient school support,lack of mating investment and organization,and insufficient core teacher identification and treatment.Therefore,it is suggested to establish new platform of scientific research experimental base of technician education,and clarify work thinking path of scientific research.Experimental base has positive effect on teacher scientific research ability and effect of school running,and attracts teachers in other local teachers in higher vocational colleges.So it is helpful to promote the construction of other professional college training base.
