摘要
为落实教育部对高校提升课程质量的统一要求,积极应对新的生源结构变化,做好人才培养的重点工作,三亚学院聚焦本科教育,聚焦“学生竞争力”,提出了课程“三度”建设这一重要教学改革举措。基于高校辅导员专业化的要求和趋势,创新并提出高校辅导员要在学生管理工作中担任“六师”的概念,其中“六师”之首即为思想导师,立足思想导师的工作职责,探讨“三度”建设对思想导师做好思政教育工作的挑战和启示。
In order to implement the uniform course quality requirements of Ministry of Education on colleges and universities,actively cope with new structure changes of students recourse,and do well in the important work of talent training,Sanya College focuses on undergraduate education and“student competition”,proposes the important teaching reform countermeasures of“Three Degrees”construction.Based on university mentors specialized requirement and tendency,the research innovates and proposes the concept of“teachers of six kinds”,of which college mentors should take the responsibility.The primary role of“teachers of six kinds”is the ideological mentors.Based on the responsibilities of ideological counselors,the research explores the challenges and enlightenment of“three degrees”construction on ideological and political education of ideological mentors.
