摘要
为做好高职院校辅导员工作,加强对学生的管理与培养,从大数据时代下高职院校辅导员的工作发展入手,分析了高校辅导员的大数据意识认知现状和大数据时代对高校师生的影响,提出了大数据时代下辅导员的工作方式,应利用大数据对学生开展德育工作,合理利用大数据和数字化技术,开展主体间性的思想教育,建立规章制度确保学生信息安全。
In order to do well in higher vocational college instructors’work and to strengthen the student management and training,the research starts from the higher vocational college instructors’work,analyzes the present situation of big data consciousness and cognition of higher vocational college instructors and its influence on higher vocational college teachers and students,and proposes the work style of instructors in big data era.It is suggested to use big data to develop moral education,rationally use big data and digital technology,develop intersubjectivity ideological education,and establish regulatory framework to ensure students information safety.
