卓越教师培养视域下本科生精英化师资培养模式探究——以河南师范大学为例 被引量:1

Exploration of Undergraduate Excellent Teacher Training Model Under Excellent Teacher Training Perspective——Through Taking Henan Normal University as an Example

摘要 以河南师范大学为例,对卓越教师培养视域下本科生精英化师资培养模式进行探究,介绍了培养模式的实施现状。培养模式存在一些问题:教育理念相对滞后,课程设置有待完善;学员选拔方式单一,工作载体有待丰富;日常管理不够科学,协同培养有待加强;工作格局不够健全,保障机制有待优化。对此,需抓理念更新、抓课程设置、抓学员选拔、抓模式创新、抓管理考核、抓协同联动、抓格局构建、抓机制保障。本科生精英化师资培养的工作原则是将思想引领与知识传授相结合,将理论学习与社会实践相结合,将优中优选与全体动员相结合,组织培养与作用发挥相结合。在实践探索中,要更新教育教学理念,科学设置教学内容;完善学员选拔方式,优化工作方式方法;强化日常管理考核,建立协同育人体系;构建全员、全方位、全过程育人格局,健全保障体制机制,以实现精英化师资培养模式的全面推广。 Through taking Henan Normal University as an example,the research explores the undergraduate excellent teacher training model under excellent teacher training perspective,and introduces the implement situation of the training mode.There are some problems in the training mode,i.e.relative lack of education concept,and imperfect curriculum provision;single student selection method,and insufficient work carrier;not enough scientific daily management,and not enough strong of collaborative training;imperfect working structure,and imperfect safeguard mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the concept innovation,course allocation,learner selection,model innovation,management examination,collaborative linkage,structure construction and mechanism safeguard.The working principle of undergraduate excellent teacher team training is combine ideology guidance with knowledge instruction,theoretical learning with social practice,the optimization from the excellent teachers with all mobilization,and organization training with function play.In practical exploration,we should renew education and teaching concept,scientifically allocation teaching content;improve learner selection method,optimize working method;strengthen daily management examination,establish collaborative education system;construct whole staff,comprehensive and overall process education structure,perfect safeguard system;in order to achieve the overall promotion of excellent teacher training model.
