高金属质感的水性铝粉烤漆配方研究

Research on Water-Based Aluminum Metallic Baking Paint with high Metallic Effect

为了解决水性铝粉烤漆喷涂后漆膜中铝片的二次运动紊乱,造成漆膜铝粉排列效果变差,金属质感无法体现的问题。本文通过选取特殊改性水性树脂,加入胺中和剂之后获得比较高的触变值(TI值),搭配银排助剂,进一步提高了水性体系TI值,同时也提高了漆膜的抗流挂性能,很好地控制了湿膜中铝粉的二次有序运动,使铝粉获得理想的平铺效果,最终得到高金属质感漆膜;通过调整TI值范围,可以分别满足空气喷涂以及静电喷涂2种喷涂工艺。

In order to solve the problem that the secondary movement disorder of the aluminum flakes in the coatings film causes poor parallel orientation of the aluminum flakes and metallic effect after spraying the water-based aluminum powder baking paint.In this paper,a relatively high TI(thixotropic index)value could be obtained by selecting a special modified water-based resin and adding the amine neutralizer.Combining with the orientation improvement additives,the TI value of the water-based system was further improved,and the anti-sagging performance of the coatings film was enhanced as well.The second orderly movement of the aluminum flakes in the wet film was well controlled,leading an ideal orientation effect,and finally realized the excellent orientation and strong metallic effect.By adjusted the TI value range,it could be applied both by air spraying and electrostatic spraying.
