摘要 细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)是一种依赖半胱氨酸蛋白酶,由成孔蛋白GSDMD介导的细胞程序性死亡模式,可释放大量炎症因子介导免疫炎症,具有免疫原性和炎症性。狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)是在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)发展中的一种肾小球肾炎,免疫失调和炎症反应贯穿其中。细胞焦亡过程中释放的相关炎症因子在LN的发病机制中起重要作用,可导致LN的发生和发展,是目前研究的热点,有望为LN诊断和治疗提供新方略。 Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death mode which is dependent on cysteine protease and mediated by pore forming protein GSDMD.It can release a large number of inflammatory factors and mediate immune inflammation,which has immunogenicity and inflammation.Lupus nephritis(LN)is a kind of glomerulonephritis in the development of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and immune disorders and inflammatory reactions run through this process.Inflammatory factors released in the process of pyroptosis play an important role in the pathogenesis of LN,which can lead to the occurrence and development of LN.It is a research hotspot at present and is expected to provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of LN.
