自拟建中和胃汤联合隔姜灸治疗脾虚畏寒型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of self-made Jianzhong Hewei Decoction combined with ginger moxibustion on chronic superficial gastritis with type of deficiency of spleen and fear of cold

目的探讨自拟建中和胃汤联合隔姜灸治疗脾虚畏寒型慢性浅表性胃炎患者的疗效。方法选择2019年1月~2020年5月收治的110例脾虚畏寒型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,将采用隔姜灸治疗的56例患者归为对照组,将采用自拟建中和胃汤联合隔姜灸治疗的54例患者为观察组,均治疗2周。比较两组中医证候积分、血清胃肠激素水平[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)]。结果治疗后,两组胃脘痛、痞满不适、反酸嗳气、大便稀溏、畏寒肢冷、纳差积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组GAS、MTL水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论自拟建中和胃汤联合隔姜灸治疗脾虚畏寒型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效确切,有效改善患者临床症状,增强胃动力。

Objective To explore the curative effect of self-made Jianzhong Hewei Decoction combined with ginger moxibustion on patients with chronic superficial gastritis with type of deficiency of spleen and fear of cold.Methods 110 patients with chronic superficial gastritis with type of spleen and stomach deficiency treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected.56 patients treated with ginger moxibustion were classified as control group,54 patients treated with self-made Jianzhong Hewei Decoction combined with ginger moxibustion were classified as observation group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.TCM syndrome scores,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)]of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,fullness and discomfort,regurgitation and belching,thin sloppy stool,intolerance to cold and cold limbs,and poor appetite of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,difference was significant statistically(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,difference was significant statistically(P<0.001).Conclusion The curative effect of self-made Jianzhong Hewei Decoction combined with ginger moxibustion is definite in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with type of deficiency of spleen and fear of cold,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance gastric motility.
