高校学生出现厌学现象的根本原因是缺乏学习动力、学习目标和学习规划。本文对如何引导学生职业取向,明确学业目标,制定并落实学业规划进行分析,从而帮助学生建立起以职业思考与学业规划为抓手的学风建设体系。

The fundamental reason why college students are not interested in studying is that students lack of learning goals,academic planning and study motivation.This article analyzes how to guide students to think about career orientation,clarify goals,formulate and implement academic planning,and lay the foundation for career development.The purpose of this article is to establish the construction of college study style depended on career thinking and academic planning.
