摘要
本文通过分析大学生攻击行为现状及影响因素,寻求心理干预在反刍深思与攻击行为之间可能存在的中介作用;为有效提升大学生心理健康教育效能及改善大学生攻击行为、不良情绪等的维度,提出大学生心理危机干预策略,增强大学生心理适应能力,减小心理危机伤害,帮助大学生心理健康成长。
Based on the analysis of the status and influencing factors of college students'aggressive behaviors,this paper seeks the possible mediating effect of psychological intervention between rumination and aggressive behaviors.In order to promote the effectiveness of psychological health education for college students,meanwhile to improve the dimensions of their aggressive behaviors,this paper puts forward the strategies of psychological crisis intervention for college students,so as to enhance their psychological adaptability,reduces the harm of psychological crisis,and helpscollege students to grow up healthily.
