摘要 今天的大学教学不仅是“授业”,更是“传道”“解惑”,师生开展探究式教育,实现在线课堂的翻转,注重学生批判性思维、协作沟通、合作与创新能力的提升对管理学课程的教学非常重要,“SPOC+翻转课堂”作为信息技术与互动式教育理念深度融合的教学模式,它通过现代技术手段的植入,使师生共处于一个开放、交互、协作、共享的空间,学生作为主动学习的实施者,赋予了学生更多个性化体验,有助于培养学生自主学习能力和探究能力,有助于知识结构的重构,同时也能使教师更准确地把握学生的学习情况,使教学更具个性化、特色化。 Today's university teaching is not only about impart knowledge,but also about spreading knowledge and solving doubts.It is very important for management course teaching to carry out inquiry education for teachers and students,realize the transformation of online classroom,and pay attention to the enhancement of students'critical thinking,collaboration,communication,cooperation and innovation ability.SPOC+roll as information technology and classroom interactive teaching mode of education philosophy depth integration,it by implantation of modern technological means,make teachers and students together in an open,interactive cooperation sharing space,as perpetrators of active learning,students give the students more personalized experience,help to cultivate students'ability,self-learning ability and contribute to the reconstruction of the knowledge structure,but also can make teachers more accurately grasp the students'learning situation,make the teaching more personalized characteristic.
