摘要
国家提出在职业院校、应用型本科院校实施“1+X”证书。职业院校采取“1+X”培养模式反映了国家对职业教育的高度重视,在国家人才开发中必将发挥重要作用。作为一项改革措施和制度设计,鼓励高职学生在获得学历证书的同时,适应我国经济社会发展的需要,主动获取多样性的职业技能等级证书,夯实可持续发展基础,拓展就业创业本领,破解就业创业难题。本位旨在探究学前教育专业实施“1+X”模式过程中面临的问题和解决办法,抛砖引玉,引起学界对这个问题的关注。
As is required and highlighted by the government,vocational colleges and application-oriented universities should implement the“1+X”certificate system which will play a significant role in talent development.Under the“1+X”certificate system,students are encouraged to obtain academic certificates as well as various professional certificates to adapt to social development and lay a solid foundation for future development.What s more,students can develop employability and entrepreneurial skills to alleviate the employment problem.This paper analyzes the problems faced by Preschool Education major in the implementation of the“1+X”system and then proposes possible solutions,thus arousing the attention of academia.
