企业创新活动对信用风险的影响机制研究

在经济快速发展的今天,科技型企业的发展离不开信贷融资的支持。那么企业的创新活动对借贷融资过程中的信用风险存在怎样的作用机制?这关系到融资能否顺利进行。就企业创新活动对信用风险的影响机制研究进行较为系统的梳理,发现企业的创新活动对信用风险的影响机制可以归为四类:创新活动可以通过信号传递影响信用风险;创新活动通过影响企业的竞争优势来对信用风险发生作用;创新活动自身的创新特性会影响企业的信用风险;在其他关键因素作用下,创新活动对信用风险的影响。有鉴于此,对这三种影响机制进行辨析研究发现:在不同的影响因素作用下,创新活动对信用风险的影响机制不同。

In today’s rapid economic development,the science and technology enterprises cannot develop without the support of credit financing.What is the mechanism of effect of enterprise innovation activities on credit risk in the process of borrowing and financing?It deals with whether the financing can go ahead smoothly.This paper systematically sorts out the researches on the mechanism of effect of enterprise innovation activities on credit risk,and finds that the mechanism of effect of enterprise innovation activities on credit risk can be classified into four categories:innovation activities affecting credit risk through signal transmission,innovation activities affecting credit risk by impacting the competitive advantages of enterprises,the innovation characteristics of innovation activities affecting credit risk of enterprises,and the effect of innovation activities on credit risk under the function of other key factors.In view of the above,it discriminates the three mechanisms of effect and finds that mechanisms of effect of innovation activities on credit risk are different under the function of different factors.
