直肠癌造口患者术后心理弹性水平与社会支持及自护能力的相关性

Correlation between psychological resilience level and social support and self-care ability in patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy

目的探讨直肠癌造口患者术后心理弹性水平与社会支持及自护能力的相关性。方法选择2019年5月至2020年5月某院收治的60例经直肠癌造口手术治疗的患者,均接受心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评估。分析直肠癌造口患者术后心理弹性水平与社会支持及自护能力的相关性。结果社会支持高水平组韧性、自强、乐观评分最高,中水平组次之,低水平组最低,三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自护能力高水平组韧性、自强、乐观评分最高,中水平组次之,低水平组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson分析结果显示,直肠癌造口患者术后心理弹性水平与社会支持及自护能力均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论直肠癌造口患者术后心理弹性水平与自护能力及社会支持密切相关,应采取积极措施提高患者自护能力及社会支持,对心理弹性提升有利。

Objective To explore the correlation between psychological resilience level and social support and self-care ability in patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to a hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 who underwent colostomy for colorectal cancer were selected,who were all assessed with Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA).The correlation between psychological resilience level and social support and self-care ability of in patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy was analyzed.Results The scores of toughness,self-improvement and optimism in the high level of social support group were the highest,followed by the middle level group and the lowest in the low level group.The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of toughness,self-improvement and optimism were highest in the high level of self-care ability group,followed by the middle level group and the lowest in the low level group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that postoperative mental resilience of rectal cancer patients was positively correlated with social support and self-care ability(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological resilience level of patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy is closely related to their self-care ability and social support.Positive measures should be taken to improve patients'self-care ability and social support,which is beneficial to the improvement of psychological resilience.
