以自然因子为主的特色康养概述

Overview of health and health maintenance based on natural factors

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平逐步提高,人们在物质生活满足的同时,对健康生活、生命品质的追求也越来越高。党的十八大以来,我国卫生与健康事业取得巨大成就。党的十九大报告作出“实施健康中国战略”的重大决策,将维护人民健康提升到国家战略的高度。在原有医疗、保健、疗养、康复、养老、体育、旅游等基础措施上,康养文化逐渐盛行开来。针对不同的群体,不同的需求以及各地区的特色,各种康养类型应运而生。本文简要概述气候、森林、景观、温泉等以自然因子为主的特色康养,以期为康养选择及建设提供参考。

With the rapid development of China's social economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,people are not only satisfied with their material life,but also have higher and higher pursuit of healthy life and quality of life.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,great achievements have been made in China's sanitation and health cause.The report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC made the important decision of“implementing the Healthy China Strategy”,elevating the maintenance of people's health to the height of the national strategy.On the basis of the original basic measures of medical treatment,health care,recuperation,rehabilitation,old-age care,sports and tourism,the culture of health care is gradually prevailing.According to different groups,different needs and regional characteristics,various types of health care emerged.In order to provide reference for the selection and construction of health care,this paper briefly summarizes the characteristics of health care,such as climate,forest,landscape and hot spring,which are mainly based on natural factors.
