摘要
使用循环提问、家谱图、家庭格盘、改释、家庭作业等系统式家庭治疗方法,对1名抑郁发作大学生及其家庭进行8次咨询。结果显示,家庭关系得以改善,来访者的抑郁症状得到缓解,提示系统式家庭治疗可应用于抑郁发作大学生。
A college student with depressive episode and his family members were given 8 sessions of systemic family therapy.The methods included circular question,genogram,family board,reframe and family homework,etc.The results showed that the family relationship was improved and the depressive symptoms of the client were relieved.It suggests that systemic family therapy could be applied to college student with depressive episode.
